Quality

To guarantee the quality of our nets, we use pure High Density Polyethylene.
Some factories use recycled polyethylene. In this case, life expectancy is very poor. Unlike some factories use
recycled polyethylene which decreases life expectancy of nets.

U.V have a big influence on nets. That is the reason why we use the best U.V. treatment for HDPE.
U.V. additive is very important and has a big influence on nets. That is the reason why we use the best U.V.
treatment for HDPE. to ensure that our nets will be used for years and will keep their goods physical characteristics.

We propose you a large choice of colour for your nets. The colour we use will not change with years (for example: if
you buy poor quality red colour nets, you could be sure after one or two years (or less…) the colour will change from
red to pink)

Some kinds of nets need to be treated with a fire-retardant additive.
We can propose you this treatment for your nets.

If your nets need to get a better breaking strength, we can propose you to use High Tenacity Polyethylene instead of
normal HDPE.
Example:

• Tenacity of our HDPE monofilament is about 6.0 to 6.5 grams/denier
• Tenacity of our High Tenacity Polyethylene is about 9.0 to 9.5 grams/denier

We have a quality control all along the process (from extrusion to packing). Our nets are inspected 3 times before
packing.

We can propose also nylon (monofilament or multifilament) and Polyester (multifilament).
